Thought isn't what we think it is

Check it out. Look at a thought. It isn't a set of concrete words or pictures "in time". It's like a cloud that is one with the whole of being. A thought is amorphous. A thought doesn't exist independently, just as nothing exists independently. A thought is always changing in the expanse of mind as a cloud moves in the sky; part of the sky, but never a thing with any permanence whatsoever. Look deeply into a thought and it will prove to be undefinable; incomprehensible. Actually, a thought never really exists as we think it does. So where does that leave us? Thoughtless? Ha ha ha ha
